I offer individual, child and family centered therapy from an attachment informed lens as well as consultation and supervision services.

Holding an attachment informed lens means that I value your opinions, thoughts and beliefs and that I see you as the expert on your life and lived experience. Working together to address your wishes is very important to me, as is establishing a safe, warm and compassionate environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings and feel heard and understood.

I am a registered social worker with 20 years experience including working in child welfare, domestic violence, adult and children’s mental health. I have obtained a Bachelor of Art’s, Bachelor of Social Work and Master’s of Social Work as well practice continuing education, obtaining certifications meaningful to my practice.​
