As a seasoned clinical Social Worker with over 20 years’ experience, Nicole employs an honest, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach to enrich the lives of her clients and empower them to achieve long-term success and wellbeing. She has worked with children, youth, adults, and families across numerous cultural groups to overcome hardships in the areas of mental health, developmental disabilities, fertility and postpartum, parenting challenges, relationship and marital difficulties, separation, divorce, and co-parenting, substance dependence, and abuse/neglect.

Through extensive experience and training, Nicole has become an expert in healthy and effective communication and intimacy for couples, conflict-resolution in separation or divorce, and successful co-parenting and reintegration outcomes. Nicole also specializes in infant care and sleep challenges, effective parenting techniques.
